The Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro is a perfect example of a smartphone that draws brownie points form its brand name. The features are quite good, but it is a little overpriced. Yes, it does have the features in place in terms of a strong processing configuration and a good storage facility. But things can have been a bit better with a slight moderation in the front lens and the availability of quick charging option.

Galaxy XCover Pro comes with a 6.3-inch IPS LCD waterproof display panel. It exhibits a screen resolution of 1,440 x 2,560 pixels. Furthermore, the pixel density of 466 PPI provides clear display visuals. 

Speaking of its performance, the inclusion of an octa-core processor in the composition of a 2.3GHz Cortex A73 Quad-core and a 1.7GHz Cortex A53 Quad-core units. The operational functionality of the processor is based on a Samsung Exynos 9 Octa 9611 chipset. Along with it, the presence of 4GB RAM plays a crucial role in avoiding lags. The Mali-G72 MP18 GPU completes the processing unit of the device.

Taking pictures and capturing videos with Galaxy XCover Pro can be plainly tagged as a worthwhile experience with seeming life-like images. The reason for which is the 12MP primary camera, do not get swayed by the numbers. Further, an 8MP front camera gives you almost every time a perfect selfie.

The power source of the handset is a 4,500 mAh Li-ion battery, which is claimed to provide a pretty good battery backup. Translating the pretty good to numbers can be tough and subjective.
